Recently I read a piece written by one of the student I tutor
He wrote about living your dream and not missing out every oppurtunity
when I sit in front of a piano I wish I can play tchaikovsky
when I walk down a street with my ipod, I wish I was dancing like a rock star
when I have my guitar on my lap I wish i plucked a beautiful song not merely strum
oh it is all possible, I see them on tv, i see them on stage
real people, real music, real dance,real melody
living the dream
not missing every oppurtunity

My mommy day song written for Mommy :)
I miss you mommy
10 [b]A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.
11 Her husband has full confidence in her
and lacks nothing of value.
12 She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life.
13 She selects wool and flax
and works with eager hands.
14 She is like the merchant ships,
bringing her food from afar.
15 She gets up while it is still night;
she provides food for her family
and portions for her female servants.
16 She considers a field and buys it;
out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.
17 She sets about her work vigorously;
her arms are strong for her tasks.
18 She sees that her trading is profitable,
and her lamp does not go out at night.
19 In her hand she holds the distaff
and grasps the spindle with her fingers.
20 She opens her arms to the poor
and extends her hands to the needy.
21 When it snows, she has no fear for her household;
for all of them are clothed in scarlet.
22 She makes coverings for her bed;
she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
23 Her husband is respected at the city gate,
where he takes his seat among the elders of the land.
24 She makes linen garments and sells them,
and supplies the merchants with sashes.
25 She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
26 She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
27 She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.”
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
31 Honor her for all that her hands have done,
and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.
Mommy
Verse 1:
A virtuous wife
A mother of strength
When things go wrong
With your might
You’ll make it all right
A mother of strength
When things go wrong
With your might
You’ll make it all right
Wise words you speak
Faithful instructions
I’ll hide them close in my heart
It’ll never depart
Pre-Chorus:
All the rubies and treasures
There’s no one worth more than you
Chorus:
You’re my blessing in the wake of day
I’ll honor you for all your hands has done
Not a moment had you ever stop loving me
Mom, you’ve given me more than I could give
Not a time have I been in want
Cause I have since the day I called you
Mommy
Verse 2:
When you were right
And I was blind
In your embrace I am in
I knew I was wrong
Wise words you speak
Faithful instructions
I’ll hide them close in my heart
It’ll never depart

love spring
is it possible
if love was to be like oxygen, lifting us where we belong
then what happens when you're faced with a statement
I'VE NEVER BEEN IN LOVE
can I ask or say that it be possible to be dating but not to be in love
it all seem ultimately surreal
flatly and shallowly said that looks matter...
hearing the force of a tsunami
emotions can be like a tsunami
sweeping you from sanity, leaving you lying down on the ground
like a flower with its colour taken away and turn gray
be it a person with a broken spirit.
whisper to me dear wind the secrets you speak of love
that human sometimes miss and have to learn from nature
learn of your consistency, the seeding, the growing
your perseverance through cruel winter then spring your beauty at spring no matter what
you bring a flower at one point in time
love is like that and for us to learn
or be nothing like weed just taking, no perseverance, no effort to seed or persevere
and said that the emotion ran out
that ain't love
its infatuation
huge difference
like a sword, time will tear you apart to know if you were love or the other
if love was to be like oxygen, lifting us where we belong
then what happens when you're faced with a statement
I'VE NEVER BEEN IN LOVE
can I ask or say that it be possible to be dating but not to be in love

Winter Conference
hello hello portland
My greatest delight is to see an Indian on stage preaching. woohoo...
there's that energy and a lil femininity in the preacher's sermon.
but all in all my life and i believe everyone from global friend received a lifechanging experience.
reconciled ourselves to solidarity. there was prayers and cries for change.
Praise God, for He will will ALWAYS come to past
as repetative as Mika could ever be i will always remember her say
I'm so grateful to know Global friend. I'm glad that i am in Global friend.
I may not have said it without shame and with utter gratefulness
but i also am glad to have global friends.
Lord here we are...
This our prayer.
Now this is quite the puzzle to me, the girls went for food and the guys did some shopping during free time.... weird ha.
and one of the boys came back with a new pair of 31 by 32 Levi jeans for $25 deal.
sigh... conference is over, least we still had the leftover yummy cheesecake
Now claiming the promises of God
